What You'll Do

Guide new clients through seamless onboarding processes
Build strong relationships with agency decision-makers
Monitor client health metrics and usage patterns
Proactively identify expansion opportunities
Resolve technical issues and coordinate with engineering
Create educational content and best practices guides
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts

What We're Looking For

2+ years in customer success or account management
Experience with SaaS platforms and API integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple client relationships
Background in AI, voice technology, or digital agencies preferred
Experience with customer success tools (Intercom, HubSpot, etc.)
